After taking on a leadership role, I identified several costs saving opportunities as well as increased our security and compliance in reference to upgrading our work flows. Several existing support contracts were replaced, and resources were identified to exclude substantial cost-savings.  Several scripts were created and database connections to link data from the HRIS system to Active Directory were established which contributed to a more secure user account work flow throughout the organization.
